As our clients, you need to read, understand and agree with the rules below, all of our clients not permitted:

1. Using our services to business not permitted by International Law. Our clients fully responsible with all data and all business activities that doing in our services.
2. Using our services for dealing with abortion drugs, selling all of illegal drugs.
3. Using our services for dealing something that can harm other parties or fraud/scam activities like HYIP system, pyramid schemes, money games, chain letters, gambling, and other systems that are prohibited by the Government of Indonesia or international law.
4. Using our services for doing activites with target to burden our main servers. We reserve the right to take action giving early warning, suspend and may be banned the name of client.
5. Using our services to hacking our services or send mallware, etc that can detrimental ours or our third parties.
6. Using our content of VPSTrading.net without permission.

Clients Obligation

1. Read, understand & agree all of the rules before sign up and using our services.
2. Responsibility with all configuration on services, we are not help you to remote and configure your server for security reason.
3. Using valid identity and email for sign up. You will receive account notification, invoice and announcements via email. If you change your email address, please contact our support to change with your new email address.
4. Check your email periodically, because we send your invoices to your email. We dont send invoice through Fax, SMS or Post Office. Late to response your invoice will make your service suspension, its all is your responsibility. VPSTrading.net only give you reminding.
5. Pay your renewal invoice before its due date to avoid service suspension.
6. Send your payment confirmation if you paying with manual transfer.
7. You are responsibility to monitor and make sure your server using normal resources (RAM or CPU). If you using high resource in your server, this is potentially make your server trouble such as hang, error and other remote difficulty. Misuse is not same with bad server performance. You are very recommended to monitor your resource to make your server always stabil.
8. You need to change default password as soon as possible, and responsible to protect this from any people. We are not responsible if any hack to your server because you not change the default password.
9. You need to obey with all of the rules, VPSTrading.net will adds other if needed in the futures.

Using Our Services

1. You need to sign up here before you order our services. To check all of our services, please check this link or you also can contact our support to get help about manual order with share your identity.
2. Activation will be INSTAN if you are using online payment (PayPal or Credit Card). With this secure payment gateway, we are not record your detail payment method.
3. Activation will be delay if you are using manual transfer. We are waiting your transfer confirmation before we activate your service order. Activation need approx. 5 minutes after confirmation.
4. Credential of your services will be sent to your email, and you need to access directly and change your default password for security.
5. Clients can manage the services from Client Portal (reboot or shutdown, also paying invoice).
6. Clients will get invoice reminder from email 5 days before due date, again 3 days before due date and also reminder if your service getting suspension. If you have PAID your services, we also send you payment confirmation.
7. Your services will be suspended if we are not receive payment from the day of due date.
8. We will save all your data in our server only for 5 days after due date. And will terminate this if we still not receive get payment after this range. If in the futures you order services again, you will not get your old data.
9. You can order many service you want in your whole account.

Rules Using Your Server

You are allowed using your server base on server categories below:

1. Server Multi Function

You can use this server for multi purposes with terms above. Server multi function is built for non clouds server series such as Auto Trading Server, Mining Server, Broker Forex Server & Dedicated Server. Some of user using this server for auto trading, coins mining, database server, web server, apps server, bot server, etc. Limitation of course is your server speciifications, if you need more specs, you can request upgrade.

2. Server Limited Function

We are LIMIT our clouds server series. You are not permitted to use clouds server series with high intensive CPU usage. Violation about this issue, we will suspend or delete your server without any refund. Example activity which not allowed to run in this server is coins mining. For coins mining you can choose Server Multi Function.

3. VPN Addon

You can use VPN Addon service for browsing activity using your server routing network and not allowed for interest that violate international law. Violation of this provision, VPSTrading.net has the right to deactivate your VPN Addon.

Refund

1. You can request 100% refund your money for these services; Auto Trading Server & Mining Server if you request ONLY below 7 days after service activation. After 7 days, we can not process this.
2. You can request prorate refund for Cloud Trader Server below 7 days after activation. This type of refund can not full payment. We will calculate this for your (prorate).
3. Refund request above 7 days after activation, we can not process this.
4. Refund request also can not approved, if the reason:
1. Service IP Public was block by third parties because clients action in our services (spamming, scappring, bot, etc).
2. Misuse the services, like using server with high resource usage. This misuse is not our fault. So not fair if you request money back, we will educate you to using your service to be normal use, this will make your server in stable.
3. All fraud acts doing by clients other than point a and b.
5. Refund approved will be send to same payment method with first payment.

VPSTrading.net terms of use will update in accordance with rule changes applied by VPSTrading.net or International law.
